BEGIN YOUR Musical JOURNEY.
Private Lessons
I teach piano, voice, and beginner guitar. I strive to make my lessons fun and engaging, offer support, and challenge my students to grow!
All three types of lessons include foundational music knowledge, music theory, performance, technique and skill development, and song practice.
I offer both traditional classical music education as well as curriculum more aligned with what a touring / recording artist might need to know.
Master Classes
Sign up to attend my Master Classes, which typically teach a specialized musical concept that applies to all of my students, regardless of instrument! Master Classes happen 1 to 2 times per season.

Rock band
When we have enough interested students, I offer a Rock Band rehearsal on Saturdays. These rehearsals are an hour long and will bring multiple students together to learn radio music and the techniques and theory required to play it. This class is offered on an interest basis, so if you have any questions or if this sounds like something you or your student might be interested in, feel free to contact me here!
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Ashley Moyers
Professional Musician and Educator
Ashley Moyers holds two degrees in music and sound from South Plains College in Levelland Texas, where she won numerous awards and accolades for her professionalism and skill. During her early life, she developed a strong foundation in music, achieving first chair trombone at the state level in high school, and spending 2 years at a classical music university. At South Plains, Ashley developed her musical knowledge further by majoring in both Commercial Music and Sound Technology, adding skills in drums, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, audio gear and pedagogy to her repertoire.
Ashley began performing professionally in 2014, and began teaching private lessons in voice, piano, and music theory in 2015. Prior to moving to North Dakota in February of 2025, she was teaching at the School of Rock Lubbock in Texas. Ashley looks forward to continuing to bring her expertise to practice in Grand Forks.
